Selflessly i would use them to get rid of world hunger, global warming, global freezing, restore the ozone layer, make it so homeless people have homes.
Selfishly i would use them to get money, love, happiness and stuff

What sort of powers are you talking about? And what religion or spirituality does this have anything to do with? I have to admit, If I had X-ray vision, or I mean be able to see through walls, it would be hard not to try looking through the wall at the girl showering on the other side. What im saying is we are bad enough as it is without super powers, no telling how things would be if some of the evil people in the world had the gift of super powers.

I'd use them for good, of course, according to what I deemed was appropriate.
As in, if I could fly, I'd sign up to be an EMT on call to help firemen and rescue workers.
If I could turn into a dragon I'd be very discrete and use it only to protect me and my family from immediate physical danger. ... Although maybe I'd also go for first place in Halloween costume contests ;-)
