Tell him that you're glad he likes the food and that you'll seal it up real nice for him and send it home with him because you have to leave for an appointment you forgot about.

I always tell my kids that they can leave the table until they are ready to use some good manners.

If they are guests I try my best to ignore it, and then I make a mental note to never invite them again.

If youve invited them, you treat them graciously and ignore any annoying habits for the time being. Treat your guests like you'd want to be treated.

if you don't want them eating at your house, heres what you do after a meal put the dishes on the floor let a dog or cat lick them clean. then put them back in the cabinet while they watch

If you invited them, grin and bear it and don't do it again. If they are a guest of someone else in the family, see if you can call a friend and have dinner out!
