It depends on how much of it I eat. I truly believe in moderation in all things. So I feel perfectly fine about having a scoop of ice cream every now and then. But if I were to say, beast on an entire pint of ice crean, they yeah, I'd feel a bit bad about it.

Not usually, because I generally do so on occasion and in moderation. However, I tend to feel more guilty about having two or three fully fake cookies (store bought over my own homemade) because I know my baby (with whom I am still pregnant) will be eating it too. Yesterday, for instance, I had about three donut holes, and two donut sticks. (Well, two halves.) They were leftover from my husband's coffee and donut work group at church. I ate them because I knew the sticks would be good, as they were made fresh at a local mom and pop donut shop. The donut holes were from Tim Horton's and the only national donut I will eat. (Junk like Krispy Kreme and and Hostess just revolts me.) I had already had a real breakfast before that-- a couple of cups of Cheerios with soy milk and even a slice of toast mid-morning. So it's not like it was my whole breakfast and I continued to eat whole, healthy real foods the rest of the day.

As for salty, no. I sprinkle some salt on my veggies and on my air popped pop corn on which I pour melted SmartBalance spread. I have this two or three times a week.

Also, I've recently discovered that a smoothie made from mostly frozen fruits and soymilk and then refreezed (I put it in one of my stainless steel travel coffee mugs; I've not tried the plastic ones) has a sorbet consistancy to it. Quite yummy.

Yes, I do feel guilty after eating sweets. My figure is growing in the stomach. And I know I should lay off them.

Nope. The reason being is that I workout. I know that no matter what junk food I eat, I'm going to be working it off anyhow, so sometimes I gorge myself with sweet stuff. And I mean creme filled frosted delightfully fattening yummy stuff. Not the weenie stuff like a little candy bar.
:o)

No, most of my diet is planned out anyways. I plan little splurges within it to maintain my sanity. Like tonight I'm having popcorn! woohoo! And, I have enough left over calories to have a low fat breyers rockyroad icecream bar tommorrow if I'm good. lol
I find for myself personally, if I don't plan little things like that within my diet then after a few days I binge on something really terrible. I'd rather have a little bit here and there already planned in then break down and crazy binge.
