eat bananas but not a lot that will just make it so you cant go and eat startchy food like bread crackers that will absorb some fluids question you know it hurts more when the poo is harder rite?

Maybe you should buy some of those pre-wet toliet paper rolls. They make you feel clean even after a messy poo! :D

eat more fibre
if you are using like half a roll to wipe it means that you don't have enough fibre
so eat more vegies and such

Eat more fiber rich foods like grape nuts or try fiber supplement like metamucil or fibercon. Don't eat so much fruit and junk.

Fiber, either stuff you add to your drinks or just more raw veggies. Fiber will help keep it all together so it doesn't stick like that.
