people humiliate others because they feel inadequate and have a lot more mental problems than you,it makes them feel superior. They are basically cowards It is very normal to feel anger at them and scared of striking back. You have a job which means you're not lazy and have a work ethic, which puts you way ahead of a lot of wankers.I know it's hard (been there)but stand up to them do NOT turn the other cheek! what's the worst that can happen ?a slap or whatever? It's better than misery for the rest of the year wishing you had done something to stop it

I am with you sister. I totally say screw controlling my anger and burst out with angry words and expressions. This is why I stay in. I would have to say how about some anger managment classes and some personal counseling to help sort out those hidden anger issues. good luck and you aint alone girlfriend.

You don't face work so worked up - you need to calm down. If you can't calm down by tomorrow morning, call in sick. But tonight, do whatever helps you work out aggression - the gym, running, whatever it is - and after, do something relaxing - bubble bath, manicure, ice cream and a t.v.show, whatever calms you down - and go to bed. You'll feel better, and work won't suck tomorrow...

I have the same problem when I go to school, when people are immature and just screw with me while I try to work, all I do is breathe slowly in and out and block them out of my mind.

I know how you feel because I am the same way*... What has helped me is to realize that he who angers you , has conquered you *... The other is, it doesn't matter what other people say, think, or do to me, it only matters what I think, say and do that concerns me and how I feel about myself that matters*.... E- Mail me if you want to*...

Here is how you do it. Focus on the big picture. Focus on what is working with your life. Focus on your long term goals.
