I said plan on because i thought i was eating healthy and but i wasn't sure since i need those gummy worms!! If it was too bad for me then i would have tried my hardest to give them up, but i have no will power for those things...except i am pretty good at moderation =]

Just use moderation and you'll be fine. You can't cut out the foods that you really enjoy completely or you'll eventually give up on your healthy diet altogether! Trust me, I just ate a kit Kat bar.

Well, sugar zaps a lot of nutrients from healthy foods you may be eating. Instead of giving up gummy worms and bears for good, start eating them only every other day or every two days. Grab an apple for a snack instead.
If you are serious about being healthy, you should be able to handle this.

Actually gummy bears/worms are one of the best candies to be addicted to as they have no fat and very few calories. Some gummies are made with juice if you're looking for something a bit more nutritious.

You can't give up everything you like. I refuse to give up my weekly steak or an occasional cheeseburger even though I generally avoid red meat most of the time. I'll eat a piece of pie now and again too, though I generally don't eat sweets. Most of my whole adult life, and really even as a teenager I have had to watch my diet and eat right for sports. If it wasn't for the little cheats now and again, I would have probably went out of my mind. After a while my way of eating just sort of came natural, but if I can have a little something now and again that I normally don't eat then I don't have any problems maintaining a healthy diet.

Your fine. If that is the one food you love use it as a reward. If you eat healthy all day, the next day allow yourself the gummies. Enjoy each one too. It will give you something to look forward each day. This way you can eat your favorite treat and still eat healthy. Good Luck.

The gummy bears and gummy worms aren't bad, and it doesn't sound like you're eating too many at all. Maybe alternate; have five gummy worms one day and a handful of gummy bears the next day.

Yes you can do this, but try limiting yourself to either five gummy worms or a handful of gummy bears. Try to slowly cut down on your intake of them. I had a similar problem with fireballs, and managed to cut down to a once in a while treat.

You're totally fine. As long as you don't over do them. It's better than saying, "I can't give up McDonalds" - a little bit of sugar (what the gummies are made of) never hurt anyone.
Also - if you deprive yourself of a treat now and then - you will just over do it later because the craving will become overwhelming.

First off, congratulations ^_^ It's great to hear that you've chosen a healthier lifestyle for your self.
That daily sin is going to make it harder for you in other ways. I recommend that you just exhert more willpower into avoiding them. If it really is too hard, then here's what you do:
Chew Trident.
Studies proved that chewing sugar-free gum gives your brain a sugar fix and reduces sweet-cravings for hours.
Eventually, you'll find you don't even want them so badly, because you'll lose the taste for them. I gave up sweets about two months ago, and it sucked at first -my sin was Mountain Dew- but eventually I just lost the taste for them, and now it's no problem.
However, don't chew that sugar-free gum for forever. It's fine for a temporary fix, but it's packed with artificial sweeteners, which are mostly carcinogenic (cancer-promoting). Also avoid "diet" and "sugar-free" versions of sugary foods: they contain loads of carcinogens and salt, which will only ruin the body you're trying to maintain.
Feel free to message me with any questions.

Gummies are bad per say... they are essentailly just sugar, although some have a bit of fact to prevent stickiness. If the rest of your diet is prettymuch exclusively complex, high fiber carbohydrates (sweet potatoes, for example) then you should be fine. Just be really dilligent when brushing your teeth.
