Children should never diet without medical supervision. Children are still growing and restricting an inappropriate amount of calories can lead to malnutrition and stunt growth.

It can, but it might not be the best program for a child that age. My personal view is that, rather than focusing in on a specific regimen for a child, it is better to simply teach them about good eating and exercise habits and then to set a good example for them. A lot of 11 year olds are fat because their parents let them eat as much as they want, what they want and whenever they want. It's about self-restraint and teaching kids that we eat for sustenance............not for psychological reasons.

Maybe the exercise plan if the kid can keep up, but the diets should be left to a nutritionist.

No. She has some requirements for puberty, particularly more calcium, iron (for the menses) and cholesterol (for sex hormones) A fully grown woman does not have requirements for puberty
