There are probably similar systems in your local stores, go compare them with yours and read what to do in plain, well, okay, sometimes its poorly translated into English also.... but you get the point. You can also look on eBay for similar items.

I know of the 2 systems that I have used: Crest whitening strips that are just plastic coated with gel that you peel off and wrap onto your teeth and the trays whereby you squirt a small amount of what is basically hydrogen peroxide in serious amounts, onto the trays that are either molded to the shape of your teeth by you and some boiling hot water, or by the dentist. If you have to make the trays to fit your teeth, you really need the directions from a similar box. It is a lot like making teeth guard trays for my son who plays football. Very simple and effective.

BTW, they really do work. Put them in at night at remove in the morning before brushing your teeth. AND do not use too much gel or put it where it gets onto your gums and then is left to the exposure, it will really hurt. Only put it on your teeth.

Stay away from the professional teeth whitening procedures and from the whitening at home kits. They are using extremely toxic chemicals that can cause IRREVERSIBLE DAMAGE TO TOOTH ENAMEL and premature tooth decay.

Check out this site: http://www.naturalwhiteteeth.net - It's about how you can whiten your teeth 100% naturally. Same results but 100% safe and 1000 times cheaper.

I would throw it in the garbage and not use it.
Who knows what toxic chemicals are in there if it is from China.
Also those tooth whitening things are not good for your teeth, they just eat away at the enamel to make your teeth look whiter and actually destroying your teeth.
Try rinsing your teeth with peroxide, don't swallow it. I just read that it whitens your teeth. You would have to do it a couple times a day I think. Peroxide is less than $1 a bottle.

Due to the news outbreak about toothpaste from China, I would not use it. It contains antifreeze in it!
You don't really know what you are getting, who has handled it, is it sterile?
I would say if you are questioning whether to use it, as the saying goes "when in doubt, don't".
Better to be safe than sorry. Who knows what it has in it.
Get Crest Whitening strips. I have used them and they do work!

Don't use it. Products from China have come under a lot of attention lately for using chemicals, etc. that are dangerous for your health. Toothpaste has been recalled as well as a lot of foods. In fact, China has just announced that they are closing many of their factories. This is something that you would be putting in your mouth. It is not worth the risk. Throw it away.

i think it is not good to use Chinese toothpaste since they seem to contain harsh chemicals that will harm the whole mouth and teeth. better throw it away before someone gets endangered. just switch to http://www.maximumteethwhitening.com my family and i have proven its effectiveness and usefulness. try it and you will be able to see the whiter teeth difference than ever before.

oh this is too funny, don't you know that tainted tooth paste and other products are coming out of China? I'd throw the lot away.

Just be safe and avoid using it. If it hasn't been translated to English then perhaps it hasn't been to customs yet. http://www.guardian.co.uk/worldlatest/story/0,,-6743214,00.html has information you can read.

If you don 't trust it, don 't use it !
You can buy Colgate or Crest for only $3.00 !
It 's not like it will cost you a million dollars to replace it !
