Regardless of all the hype...there is no 'easy' way but the same formula to lose weight has always and forever been:

1. Watch what you eat. Stay away from hi fat foods, including sauces, butter, sweets, pop (tons of sugar that turns into fat!), etc...and eat smaller portions. Tough at first but you'll get used to it!

2. However much you excercise today...excercise more.

By eating less fat and few calories AND by excercising just a little more (additional 40 minute brisk walk, run or bike ride) you'll most Definitely lose weight!!

well, exercise is not easy by any means, but it works. ALOT of exercise. You can drink a lot of water. That's easy. But it hasn't done anything for me. On the other hand, imagine how fat I would be if I didn't drink a lot of water. NEVER MIND!
But for me, the easiest way to do it, is in the summer, when it is hot and muggy, I have no appetitie at all. That's the only EASY way I know of.

I'm not totally sure, I think fo rme it would have to be something non - conforming or no calorie pushing. I was just searching like you on the engine and found this article. this fat chic lost like 70 lbs doing this 11 day diet. I am going to give it a shot. It sounds like something I might be able to do. Look it up if you get the chance.

Easy? Sit in a sauna wearing a rubber suit. Say goodbye to all that pesky water weight...and hello to a heat stroke.

Obviously, just kidding. Well, exercising usually helps. As for weight loss supplements, its hard to sort out the bull from the stuff that works, so can't help you much there.

that is like asking what is an easy way to stay alive without breathing......kinda silly huh?
there is no "easy" way to lose excess weight, there is only discipline and responsibility. A balanced low fat diet and daily exercise is the only way, regardless of all the weight loss fads, pills and plans out there, that is the only way.

other than that, i think cutting a body part is the only way to get u loose weight

Run. You dont have to diet, but drink more water, and if you just cut out soda from your current diet would work the best! But it is almost impossible without at least a small change in your eating.
