You just need some modivation. Get a workout buddy. Some encouraging music. A motivating workout area. And Or treat yourself to something once you've acheived workout goals.
If you do work out, do it safe. You don't want to lose the weight to cause damages to your body.Always check to see if you are doing the exercises correctly and always use the correct and best shoes that you can and drink as much as you lose out while working out.
Once you start a plan, and find what you like to do. It's hard to stop. And sometimes vary the exercise program so it doesn't get boring.

Working out/excercising is a very important factor in the weight loss process. Even if your diet is perfect, you still need to burn calories in order for the weight to come off. Try different types of workouts different days a week, there's really so much you can do! It's not just limited to running and walking, try jump-roping for cardio, or maybe doing squats or lunges during tv and commercials. Whenever you move, you are burning calories, even walking up stairs! Figure out new ways of excercising and it can even be fun!
Swimming and biking are great things you can do in the summer by the way....

You might want to try swimming. As a lifelong swimmer, I can tell you it is the best exercise for your body. It's fun too and you can work on your tan while doing it. Try taking this supplement combo daily : 200-600 mcg. of Chromium Picolinate, 600-1200 mg. of CLA (Conjugated Linoliec Acid), some Fish Oil caps, L-carnitine, 120 mg. of Co-Q10, a B-complex vitamin, a multi-vitamin, 1000 mg. of Vitamin C and 400 iu of Vitamin E. Do this daily with a meal and LOTS of water. Good Luck:)

If you do not want to workout, then just cut back your calorie intake. All you have to do is burn more calories than you are consuming. So it is up to you to either burn more or eat less. Most people choose to workout and cut their calories so they are not so hungry and not working out so much. Exercise doesn’t have to mean going to the gym. Go outside and walk, play with the kids, swim in the pool….anything that gets you moving.

Why do you have to work out. Dance to a CD or the radio, go roller skating/blading, ride your bike, take up karate or something else you have been interested in. Walk to a friends house that is farther away than a close friend. Got a hula hoop? How about a jump rope or trampoline?

Try walking. I walk to work and home every day and get in about 45 minutes of walking a day that way.
Try eating healthy foods too. Avoid fried foods, eat low fat meats, and eat plenty of vegetables, fruits, and whole wheat grains. They are all high in fiber and will fill you up.

To be honest its not easy to get in shape. If it was easy EVERYBODY would be in shape and look/feel great. It IS easy to not be in shape and overweight. It takes work and if you want it enough you can do it. Remember though, it does get easier once you get the ball rolling. Whenever you do get in shape you will be a happier person. Best of luck.
