Something to consider: If you're friends with this woman, you have the ability to be a positive influence in the lives of these children. When you cut off your friend, you're also cutting off these kids. There's no rule to say that all adult influence comes from the parent. Mentors and friends of the family can more than cover for crappy parenting. Do not abandon these kids who so obviously need help. Part of being a member of the community is helping raise the kids in our neighborhood.

Yes, that's a really healthy weight.
I'm really small for my age, but I play sports too, and I weigh 110. My friends (all 13 and 14) weigh 110 up to 160.
They are all perfectly healthy.

Rules for kids these days...you gotta be kidding me. That is grounds for calling CPS on a good parent who ENFORCES rules and demands discipline in the home. Good parents these days let their kids run amok. The CPS people will likely come out and give the parents in question a medal for exemplary child rearing. Thanks hippies. Can't wait to be a lil old lady walking to the drugstore at 77 years old getting knocked down and laughed at by your attachment non-parented brats when my hip is broken and I can't get up. Great job to all of you here who have yet to cut the apron strings/umbilical cord and still have the boob in your 6 year olds mouth. Outstanding.

It's normal, the extra weight is probably muscle..don't worry about it, obese would be 50 pounds over the weight for example 170 plus for somebody your height. There's body fat and weight calculators, your fine..don't let ppl tell you your fat or obese.

sounds like a great weight to me. always remember that muscle weighs more than fat so even if you are 'overweight' according to some chart you may see it really depends on your body's fat content (can be measured by a dr)

what is your body fat?? obesity is measured by body fat...for a young girl like yourself over 25% is considered fat and over 30% is obese.

5'4 and 125lb is absolutely normal!! I wouldn't even consider that overweight!!
If your very athletic, just keep that up and your body will adjust as you get older!!
