It is probably possible. If jobs are checked, and illegals deported immediately, and if an illegal is pulled over, he is arrested and deported immediately. Things like that it can be done.
Is it right? Hell yeah. There snuck across or borders breaking our laws, stealing our tax dollars, they don't belong here. Send them back. We have a no toleranance policy in some schools that students can't even touch each other, even hand shakes, but we pull illegals over and let them go. This is rediculous. The people of this country need to stand up, and take matters into our own hands from these invaders. If the government won't do it, we need to. We have the right to bear arms against foreign invaders, and someone crossing our border intentionally avoiding our authorities is my idea of an foreign invader.

Is it right: yes, of course.
Is it possible, yes - pheasible to do all at once, no, but possible.
It would be more efficient, though, to 'encourage' them to leave voluntarily by targetting enforcement against employers. Once employers become reluctant to hire illegals, the impetus for coming here illegally is largely removed. (Those that still remain would have either 'put down roots' or been political refugees, and could reasonably go through the legal deportation process).

It's not right. Doesn't matter if it is possible or not?- the government will never deport all 12 million immigrants.
"just wondering?" Either you are too ignorant to have not known that or you just want to intice more hate among these anti-illegals.

Is it possible? Yes it is. It would be expensive and the bleeding hearts would drive us almost over the edge with their sob stories. The better idea is to enforce the current laws, secure the borders and when there are no jobs they will go home by themselves. Is it right? Is what right? Enforcing the laws? If you feel a law is wrong then do the right thing in the right way and try to get it changed as you see with the people today they disagree with you.

Yes, it's possible.
It IS the right thing to do - they do not belong here. They should be sent back together so they can stand up for themselves against their government - do something to give their children a future. Do they expect the U.S. to keep taking in lower class citizens from Mexico forever? It's not possible, we will not be able to sustain it.
To prevent them from coming; take away the benefits.

Don't need to deport them if no one hires them, they will go back on their own. Won't cost a cent. Then, if they go back on their own, and have not gotten caught being here illegally, they still have a second chance to come here the right way.

There are so many ways to do it. Some have already been mentioned here.
Another one is supporting any group and movement that fight to make the borders more secure like the Minutment Project just mention one.

Is deporting criminals right? Of course it is. Is it practical.. probably not.
So we need to address it in another way. Eliminate their motivation for being here. Come down HARD on the people who hire them.. and they'll have no reason to be here. Problem solved.
