i will be doing the moon diet and hope it works it basically is that you drink only fluids for 26 hrs and then your stomach will be disintoxicated and anything bad for you will be harder for you to eat (harde rot digest stomach wont want something bad like junk food) and you wont want to eat it . you do the diet when the moon changes phases especially full moons so now haha research it for more info cause i just found out about it and i will try it.

if your wanting to lose weight fix a plate of food about a spoon full fo each thing and then thats it or count calories.
about ( 1200 to 1500 ) calories a meal depends on how old.

instead of going on a "diet", why don't you change your life for the better and create a whole new nutritional pattern for yourself. One that will let you lose the weight and keep it off in a healthful manner that you maintain for the rest of your life? Get a referral to a nutritionist from you doctor.

You don't need to but you can just eat a lot of veggies and cut down on the animal produce.

Just eating regular, normal food is healthy and cheap. Don't buy packaged foods, just buy fresh stuff
