His name was Mark Peters of 79 Ashdown Road, Crawley.
He previously worked as an architect designing the mountains of Mirabilis III. In 1803 he came to live on Earth in a small cave somewhere in Wales. After winning a design award for the Dover Cliffs in 1857 he bought a house in Sussex before moving to Crawley in 1889.
He died of a heart attack in 2001.
He was green, yes.

Aliens created the world so they could have a pretty zoo to visit with the kids at weekends. The animals all live in brick cages with unlocked doors and windows giving them a false sense of freedom but its their closed, little minds that truly keep them caged from reality... or maybe not :-)

No one know's who or if anyone created the world, but if you had the chance to create your own world of rational thinkers you would probably do. I know I would. What a fascinating experiment that would be.
