Tell them off and stop being their friend. No one needs friends like that.

Well, if you have no authority over these two boys, there is little you can do. If they were under your authority, then you could make them do a study of the Holocaust. Make them look at ;pictures of the prison camps in Germany, the gas houses where Jews were put to death and the furnaces where they were burned. My father was an American soldier in WW2 and helped liberate a Prison camp, filled with Jews. They were walking skeletons, barely alive, many broke bones while our military helped them to leave.
Anyone who makes fun of someone else, has a personal problem. Usually it is low self esteem. When they belittle other people, it is because they are trying to elevate themselves, either in their own minds or the minds of others.
I am not sure what you might do to change their minds, but I hope you succeed.

If they are being bigots I would explain to them that there behavior is unacceptable. If they've never been taught it then they might not know or if their parents are bigots. If they were my friends I would tell them to shut the hell up and stop being a bunch of bigots or I won't be friends with you anymore. Then I'd befriend the jewish kid.......you actually might consider that so that they can learn something.
