I've been having this bad dream, It's about me when I'm in trouble some one is always after me trying to kill me. I have a gun it’s a Glock 23 40Cal. It’s in my dream to, for some reason when these people are after me when they are trying to kill me my gun always gets stuck it wont work. I've had this dream now about 6 time's what dose it mean can some one help me?

You got a lot of good answers. I side with those who say you have the skills to do something but you fail to try. I get that because you know your ordinance and appear to know what enemy is after you.
Instead of worrying about the competition, focus more on doing what you know are capable of doing. Don't worry about failure. Instead try and start building confidence with yourself and your skills. The enemy has the same kind of fears and see you as competition and well they should. Everyone has the same fears you do. So just be more confident in yourself.

In some area(s) of your life you feel powerless. A gun that jams represents your realization that you actually do have the means to empower yourself (obviously not through violence) but you have been afraid to try. The dream will keep repeating until you take some initiative and make an effort to improve your life.

Some dreams don't mean anything. If yours has a meaning,sounds like something's happening in your life and it seems that you can't do anything about it.

It could be that at work your boss is going to be mad if you don't complete something and everything you do to complete it does seem to work
tomorrow at work finish everything you start and try your best
