I drink sometimes but never that much, there are two times i remember drinking more than usual, neither times did i get drunk or even close to it but after the first time i got a severe cold and a rash on the bottom of my face and i lost my voice, i thought i just caught a cold but i recently drank again, a little more than usual and i have a very sore throat and i am sortof losing my voice. So i am now thinking that it was not a coincidence and that maybe i have an alcohol allergy to a certain amount of alcohol...

It could be that you're allergic to certain ingredients that are in your alcohol.
For example, beer is often made with barley or wheat.
Brandy is distilled from fruits.
Whisky is distilled from grain.
Rum is distilled from sugar/molasses.
Vodka is often made from grains such as rye.
Pre-mixed drinks have a lot of preservatives and sugars in them.

Check out what you're usually drinking and see if there's a pattern in your reaction. You may also have an allergy to some of the foods the drinks are derived from.
Have you thought that your allergy may be due to more than just the alcohol alone?

I always thought I had an allergy to something in beer, when I used to drink, and I drank a lot, my nose would get stopped up everytime.

My wife gets severe migraines from alcohol. It took a lot of testing to find out what her problem was.
Her blood veins in her brain swell creating migraines.
