Genesis Chapter 19
Lot and his two daughters left Zoar and settled in the mountains, for he was afraid to stay in Zoar. He and his two daughters lived in a cave. One day the older daughter said to the younger, "Our father is old, and there is no man around here to lie with us, as is the custom all over the earth. Let's get our father to drink wine and then lie with him and preserve our family line through our father."
Genesis Chapter 38
Then Judah said to Onan, "Lie with your brother's wife and fulfill your duty to her as a brother-in-law to produce offspring for your brother." But Onan knew that the offspring would not be his; so whenever he lay with his brother's wife, he spilled his semen on the ground to keep from producing offspring for his brother. What he did was wicked in the Lord 's sight; so he put him to death also.

God, who is eternal, perfect, infinite & unchanging, USED to approve of incest in the OT, but then changed His mind in the NT, even though He is eternal, perfect, infinite & unchanging.

He liked to kill people a lot in the OT too, but softened up in the NT...

It seems like that is probably not the case. Incest used to be much more common. It was banned because the closer the parents are genetically the more like it is for babies to have birth defects. Although it seems gross(I certainly think so), it is more of a health issue than anything.

Adam and Eve. First two people on earth (supposedly). Have kids. The rest of the world becomes populated from 2 people.

How do you think that would've happened?

I don't know about that specifically, but there are many references to what shouldn't be done, and the Bible covers about every relationship. (father and daughter, sister-in-law, etc.)
