There are several strategies that can help you deal with stress:

delegating or sharing your responsibilities at work
avoiding confrontation with difficult colleagues
learning to be more assertive
taking regular exercise
not using drink or drugs to cope
eating a healthy, balanced diet, rich in fruit and vegetables
finding humour or absurdity in stressful situations
never taking on more than you know you can cope with
organising your time better to get as much done as possible
talking to friends or family, and sharing your thoughts and fears
listening to music or relaxation tapes
tensing and then relaxing your muscles, starting at the toes and working up to the head and neck.

I exercise. The endorphins released in exercise helps to reduce the stress. I also try to eat right, drink lots of water take vitamins, and get plenty of sleep.

I took a stress management class, it taught me how to deal with the physical responses to various kinds of stress, and how to change my emotional responses as well.

I sit down and organize my priorities like a schedule. Then i pick the one thing that should be done first. I like being in control and if there's time i sit down on something soft and just do some yoga or meditate. It really helps.

i sit in a quiet room, without disturbances or distractions, and take very long, deep breaths.

if i'm stressed because of anger, i run.

if i'm stressed because of depression, worry, i write.

if i'm stressed and nothing else works, I SHOP! can never go wrong w/ shopping.

Well for me im ALWAYS stressed i usually punch my pillow and if im mad at sum1 i get paper and pen and i write down wat i think about them then before sum1 sees it i rip the paper in a million pieces and throw them all in the trash canright away.Trust me it works all the time try it!!!

lol,....anything from masterbation to gaming.....Hot showers and playing with yourself work well at night,...games and reading are good in the work place when free. I personaly LOVE my ipod.......Good Luck! ; )
