If someone told you were crazy, how would you know you weren't? I mean most crazy people think they are sane. Do you give yourself a test now and then to make sure?

On the radio today, I actually heard the DJ talking about a test that determines if you are crazy or not! In some mental institutions, they fill up a bathtub with water and offer the person either a bucket, teaspoon or bottle to empty the bath. The person this was told to said "Aaah! I see, the sane person would pick the bucket!'' He was told "No, a sane person would pull the plug!!!!!!!!!!"

Well I've been diagnosed with depression, but I don't think I'm crazy, considering most Americans are diagnosed with it at some point in their life. I think everyone else is crazy, thats why I'm so depressed all the time! : )

See a therapist just to be sure if you doubt your own sanity. Many are not aware enough of their problems to seek help on their own. They may or may not be able to function in society.
