Why pick one? If money isn't an issue, why don't you just take a global tour? Four weeks is good length of time. If I had to pick one, I'd say New Zealand, it's supposed to be incredible, but I'm not the best source. I haven't been there. Or really anywhere for that matter. Canada and the US. Hopefully someday soon. Happy travels wherever you do go!

Or you should listen to the other guy, travel to the lovely nation of Paris.

No offense Eyore92, but I couldn't pass that up.

Vietnam is the in place to visit right now. If you start in Hanoi make sure to take the night train to Sapa and stay at the Mountain view. It could be the highlight of your trip. Take the 2 day tour to Halong Bay. Very nice. Then start south bound. I firmly believe that Hoian is the best place to visit in Vietnam. The ancient town is a World Heritage city and absolutely beautiful. The beach is white sand and 40 kilometers long. Vietnam is really inexpensive. Hotels around $10 a night. You can find beer at less than 15 cents a glass. The people are wonderful. Pass on Nha Trang unless you like multi story buildings on the beach. Dalat is great and Saigon is always and experience. Phu Quoc was disappointing to me. They just don't have a clue as far as conservation and the beach's and harbors were filthy. The infrastructure is just not there yet but you can see that the island will be something special in the future. Its not special now. The Mekong is great with lots of things to see but you can do it in a couple of days. You are going to have a great time. I went around the world to many different countries. On the road for over a year. I chose to purchase a house in Hoian. its the best.

To one of the posters Paris is not a country, it is the capital city of France.

Come to the U.k but don't just go to London like most Americans, go to These counties: County Duhram, Northumberland, Cumbria (particulalry the lake district), Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Somerset.

Or go to Europe, i would recommend the south coast of France. If money is no object then go there, as there are Casino's and very very expensive shops. As well as beautiful coastline.

It depends on what you are interested in. This requires some thought. Are you a high-maintenance or low-maintenance personality? Do you need to speak English all the time, eat food like you have at home, and need someone around you to entertain you? Are you interested in the local culture, or do you just want to stay in tourist areas? Maybe you just want to kick back on the beach. You really need to ask yourself these kinds of questions, and give it some serious thought. Without doing so, your unforgettable vacation may turn into a real disaster. The world is at your doorstep. Just be sure you want to enter the house...
