The doctrine of the Holy Trinity is shared by most Christian denominations including Roman and Orthodox Catholics, Lutherans, Anglicans, Baptists, Methodists, Presbyterians, Pentecostals and Episcopalians.

The Holy Trinity is the belief in which the one true God is made up of three separate but equal persons, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

With love in Christ.

The idea of "trinity" is not entirely Catholic much less Christian. Many religions (Ancient Egyptian included) have trinities consisting of three God/ddess. An ancient example - waay before Christianity is Osiris, Isis and their son Horus. Osiris resides in the afterlife while Horus is the God on Earth (sound familiar?). Isis is a powerful Goddess that is often worshiped similarly to the worship of Mary.

All Truth is God's Truth, and God's Truth is for all people, not just Catholics.

Therefore, don't be so quick to dismiss a given belief simply because it is embraced by the Catholic Church.

The Trinity isn't owned by Catholics. It is a term stating that God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit are the same indwelling (the same entity).

Never mind the trinity concept. How about the Bible, which was first put together by a committee of Catholics?

All three are mentioned in the Bible. Also, my church (Episcopal) derived from the Anglican church which was an off shoot of the Roman Catholic church. Catholic technically means universal.
