Ugh, two words that should not be put together. Why would a women want to mess up her body with something so vile and immoral. Breast implants are not attractive. I am not sure the reason why any1 would want to get implants anyways cuz in most cases after about 10yrs they are sagging to your waists again. Be happy with what God gave you. I have small boobs too but I make up for that in other areas....lol. My point is accentuate the positive and downplay the negative.

I'm a 23 year old female, I started as a 34A..or smaller..and I stumbled upon bravabreasts.com, I emailed the girl and actually got her to lower her original asking price, so that was great! b/c if you do you will have not as a higher risk then more heaver or women who have a middle sized chest. I recommend you looking into this more and talk to a surgeon for them to exam you and tell you what they think..and get the idea of what they'll be doing to you, when your under.

i feel if you decide to get them done, just remember that if you decide to have kids you cannot breast feed, and you might catch some infections, or overly, under sized boobs overtime. Just MAKE SURE you find a real professional to do it b/c if you don't you will have to keep going back and get new ones.

I know most of you will say "No, natural is the only way." But consider what you want to do? Want to make more money in your career? Larger boobs (not enormous) will get you more money. Especially in sales! Face it, guys are mostly in business and they will buy from a girl more likely with a girl with big boobs. Just look at successful (wealthy) women. Look at their traits. Want wealthy men? Most want bigger boobs. Just go to any nightclub where successful people go. Almost all have altered boobs. Face it, sex sells, and a way to do it is with larger boobs. It's a sad fact, I don't make the rules. It's just how we are.
Try wearing padded bras and see if you indeed get more attention (if that's what you are wanting the implants for). You will see that more men will gawk at you and oogle your chest. That's a side affect. Also, there can be complications later, but plastic surgery has improved leaps and bounds from 20 years ago.
I say go for it, but choose carefully. Find the right doctor you trust. Talk to other women that have them. You will find that almost all, not just like them, but LOVE them!

people have the most ridiculous answers to things sometimes; it's hard for other people to understand when they're happy with the way they look. you are facing some risks, as every surgery, but if it's something that you want to do, then it's a decision that you need to make, not that others should make for you. i think they can look very pretty & make a person very content, especially if you do them right & don't go crazy with it... i'm very happy, fyi :-) & never has anyone asked me if my boobs are fake, nor do i consider myself superficial. good luck !

No. They are expensive, and they don't even look natural. Also, you might have serious complications from getting them. Plus, it's better to be your true, natural self rather than altering your appearance.

i would say, no. im not gonna give you that "your perfect the way you are" bull, but who wants to be fake? i mean coloring your hair or having fake nails is one thing, but fake boobs? most guys find that repulsive. you can just do more to make your boobs stand out so they dont look as small. hope i helped
