Wash your face [if thats where thay are] with warm water and a cleanser [like clean and clear or clearisal] and then wash it off with HOT water, but dont burn urself, then splash cold water to close your pores !
But KEEP doing it at least 4 times a week !

OK, I notice you asked this last week, so you must have tried the other remedies mentioned. Did they work? For some people, it takes ages for the skin to heal. I've got bug-bites that are still scabbed over even though it's been three months since I got them.

Here are some things you can do: Eat healthy foods, and cut down sugar. Sugar seems to depress the immune system, which does the healing.

Get some exercise -- this seems to boost the immune system. If you go to the pool, you get some exercise and bleach your whole body at the same time.

I'm assuming you wash your face twice a day.

Give it another week, then go see a dermatologist if they are still there! You might have bug bites. You might have some sort of virus that *just happened* to co-incide with your skin cream. You might have an underlying condition that keeps your immune system too busy to heal your skin. The thing is, the dermatologist can help you narrow the problem down. And maybe even prescribe something that will clear the problem up dramatically. So bite the bullet and go.

there are several things you can do to keep your face zit free,
1. wash your face twice a day, with mild soap.
2. no scrubbing, picking or popping them.
3. dont put on concealer, foundation and whatnot.
[it doesnt let your skin to breathe which causes and irritates pimples]
4. some say sweets isn't too good either, im not to sure about that one.
5. try other different kinds of creams or oxy that might be better for your skin.

:) hope those help.

If they've been there for a while, they're probably not pimples. It sounds like they're whiteheads. I get them sometimes if I use a really heavy cream. Exfoliate the area with a gentle cleanser and make sure you don't use that cream. If they really bother you, go to a dermatologist for some help.

Every month I get a couple of zits, and I have always cleared them up with straight alcohol. I apply it with a q-tip, and it seems to dry them out within a couple of days. Good luck.

try putting tape on them(leave it overnight)... i know it sounds weird but it really works... i guess because it cuts off the air flow... or try popping them and then pouring acohol on them... if that doesnt work go to the dermatologist they should be able to give you something to get rid of them...
