I live in Washington state and today I was on the freeway driving back home and I wanted to get into the left lane so that I wouldn't get off the exit that was coming up because the lane that I was currently on said that if I stayed in that lane, I had to get off that exit. So on the left there was an oversize load truck and I didn't see the van that was following behind and I got in between the oversize load truck and the van. I'm pretty sure you all know that when there's an oversize load truck, it usually has a van or some vehicle that follows behind it for precautions I guess. So I just want to know, am I going to get a ticket for being in the middle of the two? When I switched into that lane, I was only in for about 20 seconds and then got back out.

"Wouldnt it have been extra valuable in hinesight to easily buckle down and build extra gas efficent vechles for the final 10 years and not marketing campaign congress to loosen up the regulations. Wouldnt the great 3 be in crusing alongside only advantageous now had they no longer completed that ?" nicely....i do no longer think of the GM HD 3/4 ton king cab and the Hummer are the sole issues GM equipped. the topic isn't the great 3 making midsize and compact automobiles....the topic is maximum individuals wont purchase them. seeing that 2002, one million/2 the rustic buys some form of Honda, Acord or different import, why blame vast vans? Why do customers pick to spend what ever quantities for imports than can rig with Nox so they are able to be quickly and livid wannabees or each Asian interior the U.S. has a Honda or Toyota sitting of their driveway? the topic isn't each and each of the U.S. vehicle makers. what's on your driveway?

No, they are just their to let you know their is an oversize load, sometimes the lead van will go a mile ahead just to warn people a big load is coming.

no. they are not the government. it is just a safety precaution that the construction companies use, to give the oversize load trucks alot of room. you wont get a ticket.

So long as you look like you intended to move out of the way quickly, it shouldn't be a problem. The safety car shouldn't have been so far back that you had room to get in between them.

No you wont get a ticket but its kind of aggravating to the escort driver because he needs to stay a certain distance and still keep pace and when cars are darting in and out its nerve racking.

No, you won't get a ticket.
You should have let the follow vehicle pass though.
It seems like you knew it would be there, even if you didn't see it.

I doubt you will get a ticket. That is something that just happens. You will know better next time.
