depends on your face.
Some faces can do short hair and some can't. My general thought is if your drop dead gorgeous then you can do short hair, anything less and you need the long hair to help draw attention away from your face.
That is pretty much what the long hair does it draw attention away from your face, so if you have a pretty face and aren't overweight pull it back and ask someone how it looks, maybe you can pull it off.

most of the time long hair but some women have cool hair short but fancy like a bun or some thing cool the decorated.

depends if you can make short hair work for you...
Generally I'd say long hair but some girls can pull off the short hair.

It mostly depends ur face because most of the time u can see that with some people long hair doesn't fit or short hair doesn't fit,so just look at ur self and look wat u rather have ok?! also probably long hair because long hair shows people face/expression out.

Almost all women look better with long hair. If it bothers you, wear it up during the day and let it down for the guy in your life.

First of all, whats up with all the girls answering your question? Oh well, no matter. I love long hair. About middle of back length. I know its harder to maintain but it looks so good. :)
