Ummm... look up the story of Mary and Martha, the story of Ruth and her sister, the story of Rachel and Leah... that's all that comes to the top of my head. Check the concordance at the back of the bible to find the references.

There aren't any Bible verses about sisters that I know of.The book of Ruth is about relationship between women; however Ruth and Naomi are not sisters. But the first chapter of the Book of Ruth very powerfully depicts a relationship between the two.
I'd suggest the following passages which are not about sisters, but provide insight into Christian life:
Old Testament
Genesis Chapters 1 thru 4 (the entire book of Genesis is a good read and profides a foundation for Gods relationship to man)
- Psalms chapter 1
- Psalms chapter 23
- Psalms chapter 100
- Proverbs Chapter 4
New Testament
- Matthew chapter 5 verses 3 thru 10
- John chapter 1 verses 1 thru 18
- John chapter 3 verse16
- 1 Corinthians 13 verses 4 - 8
- Hebrews Chapter 13 verses 1 thru 8

Not directly about sisters, but 1 Timothy 2:11-15 will give you good New Testament guidelines on how Jesus wants you to behave and you, as women, can gain salvation.

Start with this; Gen. 20:12.
In effect, all mankind is our brother or sister (since there is God the Father).
