Just shorten a recipe by taking a fraction out of it. Sometimes i just half everything on my recipe. Also you can make the full batch and store the leftover dough in the freezer or fridgerator in a plastic baggy for another time you want a quick and easy snack.

Check your recipe to see how many cookies it makes. Then divide the amount of ingredients by that number. For exampe, if your recipe makes 12 cookies and calls for 2 cups of flour, use 2/12th cups (or 1/6th). However, this would probably be even more difficult than making a whole batch, since you might end up needing 1/12th of an egg or something. An easier solution would be to simply make a batch of cookies and find someone else to give the rest to.

your best bet is the refridgerated cookie dough. it's tough to make a really small batch of cookies.

Pre-made dough. Just pop in oven. The only thing quicker is buying them already made.

those ones in the fridgerated section of the store that are ready in the package, all you gotta do is break them up and bake em.
