I spent the night at a friends house and her two kittens wouldn't stop scratching themselves. my friend said they had fleas. the next morning i woke up and i was fine, but that afternoon i mysteriously got a bunch of (misquito?) bites all over my legs! They look like misquito bites but i haven't been getting misquito bites lately!? Do i have flea bites?

Mosquito bites tend to be white and bigger than flea bites, and kind of swollen.

Flea bites are small and very red. I would say if you've been in a house with fleas it's fairly certain you have been bitten by them!

If your friend knows her kittens have fleas, why isn't she getting them treatment for it?! That's horrible, the poor little things!

Yes! Sounds like you do. I once house-sat for a friend. She went on holiday and took her new kitten with her. The fleas had nowhere to go - ie no host animal. So guess what, they fed on me. I had red spots all over my ankles and feet. I knew they were some kind of bite, but I didn't connect them with the kitten. A friend in work who has loads of cats took one look and said "cat fleas". They were easy enough to get rid of.

Most likely, flea bites. The fleas don't stay on the human body, as they don't have any hair to hide in, but they will consume the human blood and then go back to the animal host.

Yeah they're flea bites, try to encourage your friend to get treatment for the little kittens soon.
