So I went and had some bloodwork done yesterday, and the lady who actually was probably my age late 20's, under her chin were tons of black stubbles.
It obviously appeared to me that she shaved that area, and above her lip as well. Does anyone else do this, do I need to I have some really thin blonde hair.

Please do not shave your face. If the light hairs bother you then go get waxed. Otherwise, everyone has fine clear fuzz on their face, you can just leave it.
The lady you saw obviously had very coarse facial hair. This hair cannot be waxed because it is too coarse to pull out. She probably doesn't know about or can't afford laser therapy, which would eliminate the hair.
And no your facial hair will not get darker from waxing. That woman's was dark and coarse due to a hormonal imbalance. If you don't already have dark coarse hair on your face the only thing that would cause you to get it would be hormonal issues.
Shaving your face will not make the hairs darker or more coarse either. It makes the hairs blunt so they appear coarser. The hair naturally grows with a pointed end so it feels finer. Waxing will remove the fine hairs without making them grow in with a blunt end. That way the hair still seems soft and fine. Not stubbly feeling like you would get from shaving.

I would definitely keep a razor off of your face. Only men should use razors on their face, lol. Whomever told her to shave them, or whatever gave her that idea, was silly. Or maybe she just didn't know better. I've seen women like that before, and it just confuses me, lol. It doesn't take much common sense to realize that you're not supposed to. Want a five o' clock shadow? Then go ahead and shave your face!

Do you have really thin blond hair on your upper lip? If you do, I'd try the nair products for upper lip and chin. Or try getting them waxed. Either way, NO SHAVING!!

I've had some dark hair show up on my chin before. I ran across a kinda thick spot with my razor once. I won't do it again.

I don't know if the problem is my skin or what, but ENTIRELY too many of those little guys grew back like ingrown hairs. Yuck--not unfeminine! It took forever to get my chin FEELING right again. I kept catching myself doing this ghastly professor stubble chin thing. Yiuck.

Try if you like, but bleaching might be better. You can get a do-it-yourself kit at the drug or grocery store.

NO, definately not. You should not shave around your lip area unless you want to have the same texture of chin and lip area like your boyfriend or dad or whomever. You should never shave there, the outcome may look good at first but as you continue it will look so weird, it'll make you look like a drag queen. Stick to waxing or using dipilitory things from nair or something. Don't shave there.

The lady probably was very dark haired..common in some folks -- heredity ya know--blondes rarely need to remove hair never shave it --will just come back rougher textured and even thicker--check into laser hair removal if that is not in your budget and you must do it at home try a dilapitory cream.

Stay away from shaving anywhere on your face. Not only does it gives you nasty looking razor bumps but it also peels away a thin layer of your shin along with the hair.

A safe and effective method would be Facial Hair Remover creams. Palmers has one that also has moisturisers in it. Plus it only takes 5 mins.

Good Luck!

I've known ladies who had to shave every day like a man. I think it has to do with having too much male hormones.

My face has lots of hair, but it's so light and soft it's just not a problem. I'm not self-conscious about that. I've got bigger issues to worry about.

I guess it depends on the length! Unfortunately its one of those things that comes with age. SHAVING, though, is a No-no (because of the obvious stubble). Wax or Tweeze!

People with extremely dark hair should do something around that area if it is noticable and bothers them.
If you have thin, blonde hair, no one will notice - don't touch it... or it might grow back dark in later years.
