It's "know" (not 'no') and "please" (not plaese). Most older women dig intelligence and spelling, while not an indication of intelligence, can be a real turnoff if it's poor.
No, I don't know any websites for young guys to hook up with older women, although I'm sure something is out there. Good luck in your search...use protection.
