Your nails breaking highlights the fact that calcium levels in your body are probably low. You need a higher calcium intake in your diet. Drink more milk and eat more dairy products.
Also, you can use products such as a nail strengthening polish.
Make sure your nails aren't too long. Really long nails are unhealthy and can also break very very easily.

Good Luck!

I would recommend that you keep your nails at a moderate length. Use nail calcium which will strengthen them, as well as nail hardener - a base coat and a top coat. Re do them at least once per week and your good to go.

I have to have a manicure with acrylic tips because I have weak, thin, soft nails that tend to peel away. It's expensive, but it's just a fact of life.

I've tried everything Sally Hansen has to offer and my nails continue to be weak. I need a coat of acrylic on top of them to strengthen them.
