Social Security numbers are issued in the USA to American citizens. They cannot be issued to people outside the USA (unless your own government issues them to you, of course)

Social Security numbers are private. They should never be listed on the web, or accessible on the web. You should never use your social security number as a code or identifier on any website.

um, you cant find that anywhere, that is confidential information. They aren't going to post it on a site for everyone to see.
