Can there be one favorite thing about NASCAR? For me, it's the thunder of the cars as the green flag first waves or when they restart after a caution, the smell of exhaust and rubber, the food, the fans, the drivers, the crashes, the tailgating before and after the races... I love the whole thing!

No matter who they are, they always think they can win each and every week no matter how bad they are doing! The passion the drivers have for what they do is great! That and Sunday's just wouldn't be the same without NASCAR!! or a few Saturday nights!!!!

My favorite thing is when there is a really close finish and the cars are right next to each other and really racing all out. Especially if one of them is my favorite driver!

My favorite thing is when I have a fiancee who is a Jeff Gordon fan, I'm a Jeff Burton fan and my 4 yr old is caught up between Tony Stewart and Carl Edwards, it also makes the races fun for us when we are all pulling for somebody different. It's like a battle at our house.
Only problem is when Gordon crashes or finishes worse than Burton, my man gets upset about it. Gees.

When those 43 cars take the green flag and all them ponies are rumbling in your chest - THATS THE BEST PART!
Unfortunately, you have to BE THERE to experience that! TV does not to that justice - no matter how you "crank it up"

Going to the pit area and watch them set up the cars. It's really awesome. Getting autographs ooops you said favorite. Sorry I have two favorites.

watching hendrick blow all the engines.. then the chevys blowing engines. or have mechanical breaks, or get caught in a pileup and dnf. but walk away for sure. If they got hurt they could not do it again next week.
