I am 29 yrs and my wife is 25 yrs, both of us have same blood group A+ . So will this have any ill-effect on our health, maritial life or our baby.

No, you guys are fine! The only blood types to worry about are negatives, having a negative Rh factor just means you have to have a few shots of Rhogam throughout pregnancy and at delivery to ensure your baby's blood doesn't make an antibody and you could have problems conceiving and producing children in the future.

Having the same blood type won't cause any problems at all. If one of you ever needs blood, the other will be right there to donate, so that's helpful.

no why should it. if you are not blood relatives (brother/sister, cousin) you'll be fine
