No, it will continue to show on your report as a paid collection for 7-years after the date paid in full.

While any collection is bad, one that shows as paid is not near as bad as one with a balance still due.

After it has been paid for around 2-years it will not effect your score or ability to obtain a new loan near as bad.

It will show as a paid debt and fall off your credit report in 7-10 years.

It won't come off your credit, but it will put it in your past for good. It shows as paid on your credit report. A paid collection, charge off, or judgment is bad; but it's not as bad as one with a balance. It also shows that although you may have made a mistake in the past, you made good on it.
