what would catch your eye more? A girl with her belly button pierced or the top of her ear? What do you think looks hotter on a girl?

Neither, A girl is hot or not.
No piercing is going to make you hot (er).

If she's got a tight stomach with a decent tan and knows how to move ... the pierced belly button is hot. If she's a little on the chubby side, stick to the ears.
