Try these wondeful combinations:

A tropical muffin:coconut,pineapple, and banana

A more fancy muffin:raspberries and white chocolate chips

A twist on an american classic muffin:apples and cinnamon

A campout favorite muffin: graham cracker pieces, minature marshmellows, chunks of a chocolate bar

A berryluscious muffin:blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, or a combination of your favorite berries.

A eccentric muffin:gummi bears and m&m's

A Elvis muffin: bananas and peanut butter chips

* You can substite any fresh berries with jams or preserves. This trick also makes your muffins ultra-moist.

Raisins or dried cranberries with chopped pecans (may want to add a little cinnamon, too).

Chopped apple, banana or peaches ( or mixture again of fruit and nuts)

Raisins, chopped nuts, sky's the limit... even cranberries, (dried or whole), poppy seeds, lemon zest and/or juice, oranges too, any fruit.
