My grandmother told me if you apply acne creame stuff on your face everyday even if you don't have pimples, you'll get them eventually. Is this a myth or truth?

Well, a little of both. Because some people get bad acne, and others none at all. But I think your Nana is correct, you cannot prevent pimples from popping up wherever and whenever they want by applying acne creme.
When they do pop up, put on tooth paste (whitening w/baking soda and peroxide) or tomato paste. Overnight preferably, works wonders

well, putting the creams on your face pushes out the oils from inside, so this could cause the oils to come out and be pimples. For people that have acne, any time they try new solutions, their face breaks out more before it gets better. This is because the oils are pushed out, and then the cream keeps it clean, while healing.

Its True because when u put the Medication on its cleans out all the dirt and what is left of the medication makes pimples and its cleaning its self.. and do it 3 times a day.. until they are clear.. and what ever u do DO NOT POP THEM. it Causes the dirt to go back in and infection.

I believe the harsh chemicals on your face everyday would dry out your skin and hence would not allow your skin to breath- I wouldn't recommend it-
