but I am sure, choosing Islam as my religion is not a mistake

One always learns more. Everyone makes mistakes.

Having said that coming onto the path into God's presence and favour provided through Jesus' atonement, one does receive confirmations that can be exceedingly sure. And they are distinctly things known by christians, and not known of in non-God-revealed religions (I regard the Jewish and Christian revelations as the only God-given ones); I've investigated the 'holy' books of many other faiths so I know this is so. But you can probably learn some useful things from any philosophy or religion, as far as its not something obscene like nazism or racism.

Sure we do. But that's where faith comes in. Faith is defined as the evidence of things hoped for but not seen. Because we hope we act. We believe, we witness, we serve others, we live righteously, we praise and worship. Even a witness of the Holy Spirit can be explained away as emotion or a "spiritual high". However, most of us who have these experiences choose to believe. And if more good than bad comes from it, what does it matter whether we are right or wrong?

Of course!

We all know that we're human, and we all know that we're full of flaws and mistakes.

But if you're talking about religion, then I'm definate that I'm not wrong... I was about to convert to christianity, but wasn't so convinced, then I found Islam I still attacked it, but I found all the answers I needed.

So yeah, I'm sure that I'm going in the right direction.

Peace.

Christians know they're right. 1 John 5:13 " . . .that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God". I wouldn't give my whole life for something I wasn't sure about.

anyone of any belief could of course be wrong since none of us are actually living part time in the after life with full consciences.....we believe what gives us peace and hope.....for all I know I'm completely wrong and there's nothing after life....I just really doubt that, would all seem completely pointless...no?.

I am not to say who is wrong or right. It is not my place to judge. I know the truth however... So why would I tell myself a lie when I know the truth. That would just be silly of me.

Christians serve the only god that died for them and is now alive. I couldn't be convinced otherwise.

i could be wrong no doubt. i could understand something wrong in my religion. i could read something and it means something and i think it means something else. i am muslim and i know my religion is fair, just, peaceful, and logically right.
