What is the best way to go from Istanbul to Ankara- bus,train,etc., and what are the costs of it? I have to go to Ankara and i have only found information about airport in Istanbul. Is there any airport in Ankara, and if there is from which European city i can fly to Ankara? And I have heard that there isn't quite safe to go, is this true?

Ankara has very big airport. Where ever you want you can fly from Ankara. But Istanbul is the main gate of Turkey to fly other countries.
Istanbul to Ankara , I prefer bus. It 's 5-6 hours. Because , going to airport 1 h. , wait to fly 1h, fly 1h, come to the city 1 h.

First of all Turkey is a safe country no need to worry about that. Of course there is an airport in Ankara. It is the capital of Turkey.

The best way is by plane, and of course Ankara has a airport because it's Turkey's capital! :-) Try going to www.thy.com and use their airline because they do have flights going from Ist to Ank. If you decide not to take a plane, then I'd suggest a bus as a your next choice.
