Of course!
Dear Father, we lift up this precious child to you and ask for your protection for her. Lord, let this child be protected by the courts and give the judge wisdom to see the truth of her situation. Where there are facts hidden in darkness, let them come to light. Father, please direct the person who gets this child to provide a safe and clean, and loving environment for her to grow in. We thank you for directing your angels to protect her from the
damage of drug addicted parents.Father, we ask you to convict her parent's hearts and motivate them to break the bondage of drug addiction. We know that all things are possible with you, Lord! We thank you for your intercession in this matter! We ask your will for this child's life. We thank you. In Jesus name......amen!
God bless you for caring about this precious little one!

I'm in on it. Let me offer this from the Living Bible. Isiah 54:17 "But in that coming day, no weapon turned against you will succeed , and you will have justice against every courtroom lie. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord and this is the blessing I have given you, says the Lord".
This is from memory, but I know it is very close.

How about a good lawyer?
No offense, but prayers aren't going to change the opinion of the judge. Even if your God does exist, he gave everyone free will, so their decisions are still their own.

This child is in my prayers that she may be placed in a loving, safe home with people who will take care of her properly.

You do know that praying achieves nothing dear ?
Saying "I'll pray for you" is the politically correct way to say:" I won't do anything about it dear".
In most modern civilized countries, a court would never give custody of a child to someone who believes in invisible friends in the sky as this is one of the symptoms of schizophrenia, a potentially very serious mental disorder.

How about hiring a good lawyer instead? that tends to be more effective than prayer in my experience.
