You don't!!! I used to work for Dominos as a manager, here's some real good advice. Use corn meal on your table. Take the ball of dough and create a rim around the outside of the dough patty with your fingertips. Using the outsides of your palms make a semicircle around the rim, stretch the dough keeping your left hand as the anchor, and the right to stretch the dough. It's sounds a little more confusing than it really is. But when all else fails, squash the dough patty and pull and stretch the outside of it or the center will become toooo thin. If that doesn't work out....... Order Dominos!!!

If you cannot toss pizza dough you can roll it out with a rolling pin. Works well.

Takes practice. It is normally tossed on the back of the knuckles so you don't tear the dough. Centrifical force spreads it out.
