I used to drink them alot, up to (3) drinks a day. I recently cut back and only drink occasionaly, (3) times a week. What do you gus think about them, whats your favorite? This Energy Drink Phenomenon kinda surprised everbody, 7 years ago nobody knew what they were, and now you see them everywhere, they dominate what people drink. Everywhere you go theres an energy drink staring you in the face.

Most energy drinks nowadays are hogwash as the ingredients are just insane amounts of sugar and caffeine to keep you awake. It's quite dangerous nowadays especially if you have diabetes. Best advice is to carefully check the information on the drink you're taking.

Red Bull is one of the most well-known because of its Taurine in their drinks, which is said to contain amino-acids needed to boost energy. That would later be found in many other drinks.

I personally liked Lipovitan, a Japanese energy drink that contains fruit enzymes for flavor, vitamins, minerals, taurine, and ginseng extract for a full boost. However, as with all drinks, to make it effective, it must be dranked moderately. Too much of it will cause your body to adjust and be more resistant to the full effects of the energy drink. Or worse, get sick from it.

Nothing but expensive sugar water and caffeine. I used to drink them occasionally but have long since quit. I liked Sobe the best and Rockstar as a close second.

Coffee supposedly stunts your growth and soda is just not healthy. Drinking drinks like gatorade or powerade are not healthy to drink frequently, especially not when playing sports. Tab I find is the best energy drink if you certainly must drink energy drinks.

I personally love them because they give a taste that soda cannot. Also because they will wake me up when I need it most. I see it as an Alternative to coffee so I have it after lunch usually....
