Real aloe plants are better than the lotion you can buy. If you know anyone with plants, ask them about aloe.
If you cant find real aloe, I find that regular, unscented, lotion will help, if you are peeling, peel it! the dead skin will only irritate the rest of the burn. If you have a fan, let the cool air blow on your back while your around the house watching tv or whatever if you can. If its more serious, you might want to see a doctor.

THIS REALLY WORKS.....Noxzema is a face cleaning cream, rub it on all your sun burnt spots and sit in front of a fan it will take the sting and some of the redness away. It also helps keep you from peeling because of the moisturizer in it.

Yes, but it includes a bath. Put vinegar in the water (coolish) and within ten-fifteen minutes you will be fine. This really works!
