You don't need a recipe! Just dump cans of veggies, along w/ the broth, into a pot!

corn
diced tomatoes
green beans
red beans (may wanna rinse/drain these)
veg-all veggie mix

Add a bit of chicken or veggie stock to make enough broth, and fortify w/ a couple boullion cubes for added flavor. Toss in a bay leaf, too. You can also dice up a fresh potato and some celery and onion so it's not TOTALLY devoid of nutrition! :-D

You'll need a broth to start, and probably some type of meat (unless you want vegetarian). You can buy canned or boxed broths, including vegetable. It's best if you can add fresh onions and/or garlic for flavoring.

Be sure to drain most canned vegetables, except tomatoes and the brine they're canned in is neither tasty nor healthy. If for some reason you must rely on only canned stuff, you'd be better off with canned soups.

You don't really need a recipe just throw your veggies in with broth, seasonings and heat it through. You can add more flavor to your soup if you first saute a chopped onion in oil before adding in your broth and canned veggies. Here's what I usually put in my vegetable soup so you can get some ideas.
Vegetable Soup:
Kernel corn
Carrots
Potatoes
Onions
Cabbage
Tomatoes
Black eyed peas
Baby lima beans
Chopped ham
Celery
Chicken stock
Seasonings: Salt, pepper, cajun seasoning, dried thyme, bay leaves

this is easy
You can use 2 Cans Whole potatoes or peel 7 potatoes I recommend fresh potatoes but everything else canned
1 big can or 2 little cans(16oz.) tomatoes (they can be whole, crushed, sliced or diced if they are whole make sure and cut them up) Use all the juices from the tomatoes
1 Can Green Beans
1 Cans Green Peas
2 Cans Mixed Veggies with juice
1 Cans Kidney Beans (Rinsed)
2 Cans of Corn
and any other veggie that you like.
If you used fresh potatoes peel them and cut them into medium size chunks boil them until soft and drain the water. Then add all you veggies to them. Once it is all hot it is done!!!!

What kind of veggie were they? It could have been a stem that slipped in like from green beans. Or it could have been just a really fibrous piece of veggie. That happens when veggies stay on the vine too long. I've had pieces like that in canned asparagus before.

Hamburger Vegetable soup

1 lb. hamburger
1 can tomato sauce (or soup)
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can corn
1 can lima beans
1 can green beans
1 can green peas
1 can diced potatoes
Salt, pepper, other spices to taste (garlic, onion, etc)

Brown hamburger in large pot, season with salt and pepper. Add other ingredients, and enough water to get the consitency you want. Let simmer for 30 minutes or longer. Serve with grilled cheese sandwhiches.

YUM!!

PS, I also use frozen veggies. If you use frozen lima beans, you will need to simmer for longer than 30 minutes.

You would make it the same way you would with fresh but much less cooking time is needed.

Why not start your base with chicken or beef stock, add your spices and how much water to taste, add in your veggie, any meat you choose and the canned veggies, couple of bay leaves, heat it through, remove leaves and eat.
