Reasons Why People Should Remain Single - Forever ! ! !?

Question

Everywhere you go, you see people in pairs - they look happy! But, that's not "ever after." One day, their pair will leave them (either they want it or not - through death or choice). The only way to be "happy ever after" is to remain single - forever!

I started to compile a list of why people should remain single! Anybody want to add?

1) If your mate don't gain weight, you will if you get married
2) The only mess you see in your house is your own mess, and you clean it only if you feel like it
3) You take better control of your finances. You can spend your money the way you want, and nobody messes up your credit score
4) You can date anybody you want with no strings attach
5) Freedom ! ! !
6) You feel content with yourself, increase your self esteem, and nobody tells anything bad about you
7) You can drive a ferrari if you want to instead of a minivan.
8) No head ache, no heart ache, no worries at all
9) No Inlaws
10) You can devote your time to better things

This is only good until you hit about age 45, maybe 50. After that, you'll be wishing you'd made other choices.

You must have either been badly burned by some girl or your a little wacko! Either way single or married all has it's good points and it's bad! I figure the true question is: Is it better to love or be loved?

it is good being single I agree . Why be hurt all the time with people you date when it falls down around you. unless flings are your choice but with no attachments on or in the way so people don't get hurt I guess a friend in need is a friend in deed
