Because we can have discussion with theists. Which, always makes them see they are delusional and gets them mad. That's what makes it so fun for atheists. Being rational comes naturally to humans and it takes no effort on our part. Theists on the other hand have to make excuses for their god and irrational answers to questions they can't answer.

Repeat after me "There is no God he's only imaginary".

Now don't you feel better?

We enjoy helping others and trying to make this world a better place. It's about time people got past all this superstition.

Because atheisits are lieing to themselves. The entire concept that one has made a religious statement without believing in religion is somewhat ridiculous. Atheists have spiritual questions like most people, and have at least taken the step to form an opinion. But their belief system still hasn't answered their questions yet, so they are still searching. By feeling rationally superior they make themselves feel better, and therefore self-justify their own beliefs.

Well, Atheism is in itself a religion as well. Any organized group like that can be considered a religion. The thing with them is that they are so vehement against everyone elses beliefs, that they like to hang around a make fun of those who express their beliefs.
