One stone equal 14 lbs, I believe, and that to some would be a good amount of weight loss for a month, to others way more then the one or two lbs a week recommended. To lose 42 lbs a month would be very unhealthy, as you would have to be on a starvation diet and limiting your healthy food intake as well as the bad food intake. not to mention exercising to the extreme. Slow and steady is much healthier.

the most important thing to loosing weight is to be reasonable and stay focused on your goal. over 30 lbs is a lot of weight to loose in a month and it can be unhealthy to try to loose that much in that short amount of time. weight loss is a slow process and the only short cut is hard work and dedication.
you have to keep to a very clean diet. im pretty sure you know which foods are healthy for you and which aren't. definitely stay way from anything fried. lower your calorie intake and drink a lot of ice cold water. water will help to fill you up.
you will also need start a rigorous exercise routine. work out at your own pace but try to do at least 20 mins of cardio a day and you should add in weight training at least 3-4 days a week to help put on muscle. muscle burns more calories than fat and that will help to improve your metabolism.
the formula for loosing weights is very simple. take in less calories than you will burn in a day and your body is forced to burn fat for the additional calories it needs. its good to have something to motivate you during the process. go buy a pair of jeans you want to fit into or think about how everyone's jaws will drop when they see how great you will look at the event you're going to. just remember to stay focused on your goal, i cannot stress that enough!

nope not unless u have a very good diet that low in calories fat and carbs but high in protein and fiber. excercise every minute ur awake with low intensity cardio. which would allow u .1-.2 stone loss per week of fat if you have that much to lose. and you would have to severly dehyrate yourself going into your last week.
