I am 14, 94lb., 5'3" and am a female.. I'll help you anyway:
60-100 sit-ups. Hands stretched out above your head as if you were Super Man in mid flight. Use dumbbells, like start at 5lbs. and work your way up, so when you do your sit ups hold your dumbbells above your head.
Do 60-100 crunches.. nothing special there.. uhm, that's all I can recommend.

you cant get a 6pack in a month...it took my friend at least 2months to start seeing results from working out...what you gotta do is to eat right and drink lots of water daily...you also gotta keep doing cardio so that it burns the fat around your abdominals to make the muscle underneath there visible..you also have to work on ab exercises like crunches..good luck..

First of all and most important...for a month its a little bit difficult, think that things that easy come, easy go, so, it will be difficult.
Second, DISCLIPLINE...every single day you have to follow your routine..the only 2 excuses for no making your routine is if you are injured or death.
Third, You can follow this easy steps, and remember...dont skip any excercise.

Go to google and type in "ab excersise planks" learn how to do them. THEY WORK. aside from that eat right and excersise regularly

Don't think it's goign to come that fast,a nd you have to constantly keep working on your abs..they will disappear quickly if you don't.
